The Premier League has affirmed one positive Coronavirus test in the most recent period of mass testing.
A sum of 1,829 tests were completed in the ninth round of testing in the Premier League, on Wednesday and Sunday.
The player or club staff part who has tried constructive will now self-separate for a time of seven days, with the individual prone to miss the following round of apparatuses which will start on Tuesday.
An announcement read: ‘The Premier League would today be able to affirm that between Wednesday, June 17 and Sunday, June 21, 1,829 players and club staff were tried for COVID-19. Of these, one individual has tried positive.
‘Players or club staff who have tried positive will now self-confine for a time of seven days.
‘The Premier League is giving this totaled data to the motivations behind rivalry respectability and straightforwardness.
‘No particular subtleties as to clubs or people will be given by the League and results will be made open after each round of testing.’
